EPO MER deploy task fails to install on clients

Hi Community

we have installed the EPO MER 4.0.0 extension plus the 4.0.0 EPO MER package we have followed the EPO MER walkthrough document.

Where we also have configured a policy and a client task, confirmed the OS is supported ,where we are deploying the client MER software but the instalation task always ends with unknow error msg.

We have also tried to check in the update package for MER 4.0.0 but same result .

We have defined a specific policy EPO MER scantask to make sure the default policy was not the issue.

We have EPO 5.10 upd4

Anyone had a similar experience?

After 1 month with support back and forward

a tecnician shows me where to get the latest EPO MER version that actually works ...

Version from September 2019

Load the extension and the package to Master repo and its working.

Mcafee once more doing a bad work on keeping the latest version on the download page and outdates version that simplys does not work..
