I downloaded MER Tool 4.3.0.185 from the Products Page. When I run it on the following system an error shows up saying "Mer.exe is not a valid Win32 application" (see screenshot attached. This also happened for EPR Tool on this particular machine. These tools work on other machines.
System:
Windows XP Embedded SP3 32-bit 2GB RAM
How can I go about solving this issue?
Thank you.

Kyle

Hi @User69985425,
Thank you or your post.
I am afraid both MER and EPR are unsupported on Windows XP machines.
Reference:
Supported platforms for WebMER (Web Minimum Escalation Requirements tool) / ePO-MER
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB69396
Hence, we will not be able to run these tools on Win Xp endpoints.

Hi @User69985425 ,
In these cases, we would need specific data to ensure we still ahve the information w need despite being not able to use MER. Support should be able to guide you on the required data collection depending on the issue.
May I know what is the issue reported here?
You can close the thread.
