Do Threat Intelligence servers need Endpoint Security installed and running on them?

Hi, we have a couple of TIE servers running on Linux deployed to our environment. These only have the McAfee/Trellix agent on them. We tried to deploy Endpoint Security Threat Prevention to them but the deployment fails. Do they need ENS on them?

Apologies for the late reply on this one. Endpoint security is not required to be installed on TIE servers.

Is it supported to be on the TIE servers though?

We're needing to build new servers soon (have another post about that) and if we go the Windows Server route rather than the virtual appliance; our security team will want it on there.
