Access Denied when tried to files thru VSES Filers

Mon Apr 27 10:17:11 CEST [:vscan.virus.detected:error]: CIFS: Possible Virus Detected - File ONTAP_ADMIN$\vol\dxxxxxxx\xxxx_xxxx\Team Functions\xxx\xx\xx\2020\2020-04-24 (incl. HSI, HSG)\~$xxxxxxxxxx_xxxx.4.pptx in share accessed by client running as user may be infected. The filer received status message Error, file not found. and error code [0xb] from vscan (anti-virus) server 10.175.212.107.

When user tried to access the files from the network ( VSES Filer), the above error in the message log.

For "file not found"  = The VSES scanner could not locate the file on the filer's file system.

Please  See what is written to the VSES exceptions log on the scanner. This is in the VSES program folder. 

Check if this file is in a snapshot folder on the filer.
What is the calling process on the user side?
If they retry the operation does it then work ?
