LinuxShield - NTFS

Ive run into a server with a linux operating system and have been suggested to purchase LinuxShield to protect the server. However, I have mounted a NTFS file system/share onto the linux box. Do you know if the the linuxshield host/agent/scanner will be able to also scan the win files within the NTFS partition?
