Update 8.8 installer?

Anyone know if McAfee will update the VSE installer to include 5700 and all the latest hotfixes anytime soon?  Seems like I have to reboot to get the scan engine 5700 and dat files to load on a fresh build.

Yes, the rule of thumb is whenever the next full posting of the product occurs it will include the 5700 engine (plus the updated code from any hotfixes).

The next planned posting will occur when Patch 5 is released, which is looking like an early Q2 deliverable at this time.

Why should you wait to McAfee to Update the Package when you can do it yourself with MID (McAfee Installation Designer)?
