Q:  what happens to my "old" ePO Cloud reports?

A: Reports, Policy's and Clients wont we migrated to new Platform SSE. Depends on the product you choose those will need to be recreated either in Trellix ePO or in SSE Report tab.

 

Q: Why I'm continuously getting redirected accessing new UI URL ?

A: This issue can simply been fixed by using different browser. Certain extension can cause this issue by blocking web site code.

 

Q: When dose the Executables going to change for McAfee Agent and other products?

A: Please refer to our SNS and Release notes as main source of information. SCP received those changes already. Ref.: https://success.myshn.net/Release_Notes/Latest_Release_Notes/Client_Proxy_4.5.0_Release_Notes
