Authentication Popups from Browser

Hi,

I'm using Mcafee Webgateway as Proxy Solution. For past two weeks our users are g=facing authentication issues. Popups are keep on coming asking for authentication to proxy. How to solve this issues

The popups could have various reasons. Likely is that MWG has problems talking to your directory, so the best option to start is looking at the log files MWG produces and check if there is any problem logged in regards to authentication.

Also because there are so many reasons that can cause such a behaviour, make sure you file a ticket with support.
