Authentication pop-up

Hello,

I've a question about this issue.

I have computers in a domain and users of these devices authenticate using NTLM. And that is ok. However, I also have computers outside the domain. I would like the users who work on those computers to also authenticate to the domain. Is it possible to make some window pop up, or some mechanism similar to a welcome page? So that the user can enter his data and authenticate himself.
