Best practice for templates

Hi Folks!

What's the best way to export templates for MWG?
I exported some templates from one MWG-Cluster to another and can't access them right now.

What I did so far:

- exported templates from one MWG-cluster

- Deleted all old templates on new MWG-cluster (I have the Default templates as backup)

- created a new template Collection in Policy -> Templates -> Right click in the white field on the left -> add template collection -> gave this collection some name

- click on Import -> browse -> choose exported template Archive -> open and save

- create a test ruleset and a rule for blocking purpose

- go to troubleshooting and verify the ruleset

- open any website and got the default error from my browser:

(proxy denies the access)(proxy denies the access)

Then I checked the rule tracing:

Here is the setting:

And finally here a snippet of my template:

Yet my browser doesn't show me this template.

Does anybody has an advice for me?

Thanks in advance!

With best regards.

Sascha

Re: Best practice for templates

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

Firstly can you let me know what happens when you access an HTTP website, do you see block page?

From rule trace I can see all HTTPS request. Secondly before your block rule do yo have an set client context with CA rule present?
