Block request > Block on all errors > Always block

Hallo, ich habe ein Phänomen, was ich mir nicht erklären kann. Bei einem CONNECT zu https://agent.openrainbow.com oder https://connect2.opentouch.com wird die Verbindung vom MWG/SWG geblockt. Dabei wird es nicht im Rahmen der Standard Policy geblockt, sondern der Block wird durch die Regel "Block on all errors > Always block" blockiert. Mir ist nicht klar, warum das so ist. Können Sie mir hier weiterhelfen? Siehe auch Troubleshooting-Screenshots. Viele Grüße

im Rule Tracing unter Top Properties sollte es stehen, um welche Error.ID es handelt.

Auf den ersten Blick scheint der Traffic VoIP zu sein, möglicherweise muss er im HTTPS Scanner bygepasst werden
