Checking sitelookup.mcafee.com for included URLs question

We have resident McAfee Web Gateways version 10.x   Which choice should be made to make sure a checked URL is protected against?

Realtime check is what I usually select, but I noted that the resident Gateways listed are much older versions. (v7.x, v6.9x)

What should I be checking? When checking URLs for Royal Ransomware IOC URLs I was concerned that one of those URLs was not present as verified to be blocked if using resident MWG by that list.
