Command line ftp from webgateway

Hi.

I have gone through KB McAfee KnowledgeBase - How to allow FTP connections with Web Gateway and able to access through browser but when I am doing the same from command line its not working and I have tried different ways but it not working.

Atttached the screenshot for the same ,so just guide me anyone where I am going wrong..

I have also tried USER  anonymous@custftp2.nai.com

Remote system type is UNIX.

Using binary mode to transfer files.

ftp> ls

200 Command okay.

150 File status okay; about to open data connection.

226 Transfer complete

But we are not getting anything after the line

Likely active vs. passive FTP. Try using a QUOTE PASV after you log on to MWG, or try setting the options for active/passive in MWG's proxy.
