Create Policy for Cloud Proxy on Web Gateway On-Premise

Hi

Customer need to create Policy For Web Gateway Cloud Service in Web Gateway On-Premise in Hybrid solution. 

But this policy need to effect for Cloud Proxy Client Only 

How to config it ? 

I Try to Check Enable in Cloud ( Not Check Enable ) It not working 

For Sample I Try to any allow for Cloud client but Cloud client still found the block page with Ruleset 14.Web Access Policy

It's a bit confusing, for a rule to be "enabled", you have to check the Enable box.  To have it synced to the cloud in hybrid mode, you have click the "Enable in Cloud".  What I would do is change the criteria of the ruleset from Always to "InTheCloud equals True"

That criteria (instead of always) will ensure that the only way the ruleset is entered is if the user is in the cloud not on-prem.
