Hi!
Is there any possibility to delete a custom Rule Set from the Rule Set Library?
I can export, save,.... but can't delete or overwrite a Rule Set.
Regards,
Maik
just delete the XML file in the following path, then logout and back in to the web-gui
/opt/mwg/storage/<newest config date>/library/RuleGroups/custom/<TEMPLATE NAME>
Hi all,
i think this should also be added to the MWG Gui.
Best,
Thorsten
Hi all,
so, i have the same question, but i have 17 Gateways in a cluster, and it seems to be synchronized with the ruleset. And as far as i remember, the config has some kind of consistency-check. If i delete the file, shouldn't it revert to the last known consistent config?
BTW, in the meantime the path has changed a little to:
/opt/mwg/storage/default/<active configuration>/library/RuleGroups/custom
And i agree with Thorsten, it would be fine to have a "Delete"-button in the GUI 🙂
Voted up those in favor of a GUI option.
It's way to easy to forget to select the "Export to File" option. At least make that the default (an easy change, I expect).
As often I as export rule sets, it's unavoidable that I would occasionally export to library by accident. In fact, I'm a bit shocked that "Export to Rule set library" is the default.
