i got this message on the user trying to go to gitlab. 

could not got the point.

Hope you are doing well.

How is this connection being initiated from client side?

Which mode is proxy deployed in?

We would need a packet capture from client and MWG side taken during time of issue to check things further.

I suggest to open a service request with support, so that you can upload the data for analyses.  Once you have opened the SR you can ping the the SR details so that I can take  ownership and assist you further on this.

I just see that gitlab.com was accessing from the client as unauthenticated, and i put the webpage on this location to be accessed unauthenticated. 

and everything is working fine.
