How to block access to Google Search?

I have a subset of users that need internet access from their desktop to perform a specific job function. They need access to Google Maps but not Google Search. How can I prevent these users from performing a Google Search?

Dear @ow ,

if i'm not wrong google maps is reachable through maps.google.com and google search is google.com. so you can block everything that is not maps.google.com for example.

Sample:

Rule 1.

url.host matches maps.google.com

action: stop rule set

Rule 2.

url.host matches *google.com

action: block
