Install multiple certificates onto SWGs

Hi all. We are installing a new SWG solution and it is time to move away from the self-signed certificates. I have some questions...

How (where) do I install the additional certificates?

Where do I select which certificate should be used for SSL scanning and where do I select which certificate should be used to encrypt the https administration traffic?

For the SSL scanner certificate, what Key Usage parameters do I need? What Additional Key Usage parameters? Would this be a sub-CA certificate?
