Is there a way to do a factory reset of MWG 5500?

I was going to add a new web gateway to the cluster but wanted to upgrade the software version first. I clicked on update appliance thinking it would ask me for a file but it automatically updated from 10.2.5 to latest version. I wanted it to upgrade to 10.2.9. I'm wondering if there's a way to do a factory reset and I'll just start all over again.

Hello @Jblack

you need to reinstall the appliance software, there are no reset or revert feature available. Either you use an exact version you need or use previous version then upgrade to a desired version using mwg-switch-repo command with a -sticky option.

yes, this is a great way for small rollbacks but can fail for large version leaps. As RedHat warns "downgrading a system to minor version is not recommended as this might leave the system in an undesired state"  https access.redhat.com/solutions/29617

Please reports if it worked for you.
