Office 365 Security Controls

Hello,

I'd like to accomplish two goals

1) I would like traffic to the Exchange Online services from outlook so that users do not have to be actively using the PC for it to maintain a session and keep their session alive. It seems like if a user goes away and mcafee drops their session, it doesn't play nicely

2) I would like to enforce tennancy for logins to the office portal and other sites. This website had a way to do it with their old authentication system https://www.gypthecat.com/enforcing-microsoft-office-365-and-azure-tennancy-with-mcafee-web-gateway-... . They have since changed and it doesn't work anymore.

I basically want users to be able to login to our tenant only, and no one elses.

Is there a KB or some knowledge on the best way to accomplish this?
