See Alerts (dashboard) and Troubleshooting disabled.

I would like to have the option to see the Alert dashboard where troubleshooting rights have been disabled.

"Apperently it was a decision, that if you want to see alerts, you need troubleshooting rights.
Or the other way round, you only need alerts when you want to troubleshoot."

Background: We had to disable troubleshooting rights to prevent read/only users from viewing the log files. By doing so the Cluster status overview, a.k.a. the Alert Dashboard is gone as well.
