Is it possible to configure a proxy so that when going to certain websites, for example translate.google.com, it will throw out messages like: "that sensitive information cannot be uploaded to this page"?

yes, this feature is called Coaching and can be easy configured:
Policy > Rule Sets > Add > Add New Top Level Rule Set > Import rule set from Rule Set Library > Coaching/Quota > Coaching > Auto-Solve Conflicts > Solve by referring to existing objects > OK.
Then you need to configure the Rule:

I created a rule:
With other sites in "Coaching URL2" showing warning page as expected, but on translate.google.com it does not show.
Coaching rule set is on the top of other ones.

I believe you configured it wrong, you cannot just add an IP list to the ruleset criteria, you need to use brackets "(" and ")" to enclose your criteria.
Additionally be aware how the coaching works - it allows all URLs/Domains from your list for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes you'll see a coaching page again.
