Site reputation and submissions to sitelookup.mcafee.com

I regularly submit sites to be evaluated and note that often some are never flagged as medium or high reputation after submissons. Yet, I have seen reports from other venders that the URL is indeed a problem or has malicious activity. 

I can go ahead and manually block the site, but I am curious why Trellix/McAfee/Skyhigh is not picking up the same threat indicators.  It is a bit troubling.
