Hi,

You might be seeing below kind of  error while browsing through MWG:-

15000 Internal URL Filter error

Below is some information regarding this issue in MWG 7.4 version:-

Current Trusted Source library and database: TS-Engine=2.5.0.02.219|TS-Database=68163 , downloaded at 2017-06-30 21:22:01 UTC (local time)

Last web filter database was updated on 2017-06-30

7.4.x  version was declared EOL/EOS  on 12/31/2016.  For any version which is declared EOL we only provide engine updates till 6 months from the date of EOL/EOS which was 2017-06-30

Below is seen in mwg core error.log:-

[2020-03-26 04:45:14.587 +00:00] [ ERRORS LOG FLOOD - REPEAT   ] 1161 times within the last 20013ms [33E7A582F1CFA895][>>> [URLPlugin] [TSDatabaseExpired] Database is expired. In function 'CTrustedSourceLibProxy::TS_RateUrlExtended'. <<<]

[2020-03-26 23:18:54.044 +00:00] [ ERRORS LOG FLOOD - RELEASED ] 617 times within the last 10163ms [33E7A582F1CFA895][>>> [URLPlugin] [TSDatabaseExpired] Database is expired. In function 'CTrustedSourceLibProxy::TS_RateUrlExtended'. <<<]

[2020-03-26 23:18:54.044 +00:00] [URLPlugin] [TSDatabaseExpired] Database is expired. In function 'CTrustedSourceLibProxy::TS_RateUrlExtended'.

URL filter TSDatabaseExpired  is here which is the cause of issue. For this version you wont get manual engine update as well.

Permanent solution here will be to upgrade MWG to an supported version to get engine updates and also make device has an valid license file present to get updates.

As a temporary solution you can set for URL filter errors a stop cycle action in Error handler rule set.  Take MWG GUI access->  Navigate to option Rule Sets-> Error Handler->Block on URL Filter Errors  -> Rules inside it for them change the action from Block to Stop Cycle and then check.
