Upddating Cluster CA

Let me explain, I am unable to join another proxy server to the cluster because the private key that was used for the current cluster ca is nowhere to be found (old admin left) . I have the files but not the private key. So I am thinking of "Updating the Cluster CA" on the production cluster so I can join the new proxy server using this new cluster ca. So my question/concern, Is this going to impact authentication or are we going to have any issues if we update the Cluster CA ?

Re: Upddating Cluster CA

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

You can create  a new cluster CA using below link:-

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB89292

file:///C:/Users/aloksard/Downloads/mcafee_web_gateway_7.7.2_product_guide_(unmanaged)_11-8-2019.pdf

Page 76   (Generate a cluster CA and its private key )

This cluster cert will only be used for central management purpose only.Their should be no issue if you update the cluster CA.
