User domain block url problem

Hi,

I have configured NTLM authentication, the test is positive.
I set the Authemtication rule. UserName is in list Userwhitelist (I added users from the domain)
StopCycle action. I assume that who will be on the list his traffic is not filtered. When I do rule tracing central for this user, pages are still blocked. In the details for this rule I have:
Authentication.UserName I have an empty field, and the user should be the computer user who appears in the Top Properties tab and the Authentication.UserName line. What can I do to make this rule work?

Re: User domain block url problem

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned by you NTLM Authentication is working here and you can successfully see username in Top Properties tab in rule trace.

Quick question here have you added the whitelist rule using criteria Authentication.UserName  above the existing authentication rule or below ?

Regards

Alok Sarda

Re: User domain block url problem

Rather not, I just created a String with the username. How should I do it?
