Zulu Platform x64 Architecture 100% CPU intermittent issue (related to Content Security Reporter)

I am experiencing an intermittent issue on our McAfee server every couple of weeks or so where the CPU will suddenly start to max out at 100%, caused by the 'Zulu Platform x64 Architecture' process

As soon as I restart the Content Security Reporter service everything returns to normal until it happens again

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Running CSR 2.9 which I believe is the most up to date release
