bandwidth control in explicit ProxyHA best practices

Do you have any example of Bandwidth control with explicit ProxyHA configuration with two MWG nodes and 2 net interfaces. I just need simply limitation for all users for upload and download. I create 3 classes on both nodes: Root (80M), Upload (Root and 45M), Download (Root, 45M).
