no detailed shown within rule tracing central

I created new policy for some users in order to allow web for these users , but traffic initiated by these users are blocked , when I tried to enable rule tracing cental , nothing shown on the right-hand side and I can't track  the blocking rule . Also, I tried to export these traces with no luck
