"Too many connections. Please try again later ..."

Hi,

we have 6 web gateway in cluster.

At this time WG 06 (xx.xx.xx.106) is master.
If I try to access the link https://xx.xx.xxx.106:4712/Konfigurator/html/html-ui.html?Anonym=true&app=Konfigurator,  I get the error message:
"Too many connections. Please try again later ..."
Whether clicking on TRY AGAIN or LOGOUT, the problem is not solved, even trying to log in from another location with another user.

If instead I access another device, https://xx.xx.xx.105:4712/Konfigurator/html/html-ui.html?anonym=true&app=Konfigurator, (Web Gateway UI as in-browser HTML) and insert user and password and then in the Advanced menu I select IP/hostname the WG master (xx.xx.xx.106) I access the cluster without problems (https://xxx.xxx.x.125:4712/Konfigurator/html/html-ui.html?anonym=true&app=Konfigurator).

How can I solve it?

The solution I found is to restart the service:

service mwg-ui restart

If the Web Gateway is part of a cluster, it will no longer be the primary but it will become secondary
