After Starting Client Task, Client Task Status webpage is blank

On our ePO v5.10, using Microsoft Edge (41.16299.1480.0) when I assign a Client Task, such as deploy the eDLP client, when the Running Client Task Status web page comes up, it is blank, with no status, and the task remains not done.

Anyone know why the browser is not showing anything on the Running Client Task Status web page?

Thanks for your post.

Have you tried changing the browser or tried locally using different browser?

Also, Which CU is applied on ePO Server?

If no CU available try to apply CU 7 and check.

Has it ever worked?  If so, what changed?  Is epo listed in the trusted sites in IE settings?

Has it ever worked?   Yes

If so, what changed?  First I installed the update 7, and it didn't work. Then I was told installing update 8 should fix it, so I installed update 8.  Didn't fix a ting.

Is epo listed in the trusted sites in IE settings?  Of course, as well as the server having a CA issued domain server certificate, and having all the current root certificates update.

Can you answer whether it has ever worked or not and is the epo url in trusted sites?  Also, does it occur with every browser?

What about other browsers?  Do you see any errors in the orion or localhost access log (located in epo install directory, server\logs) for the time frame that you tried to access the page?
