After deploy the icon doesn't show

Well, I was deploying agent through a network, and there's a few computers that not show the McAfee icon, but in the console is shows has managed systems, how can I fix this issue?

In my experience, this has only occured when your are connecting to the endpoint via a Remote Desktop connection.  You can always run the following switch from the command prompt with administrative rights to open the MA GUI and verify it is in fact working.

32-BIT     C:\Program Files\McAfee\Common Framework\CmdAgent.exe /S

64-BIT     C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\Common Framework\CmdAgent.exe /S

If I remember correctly, McAfee is aware of this issue and they've not yet been able top resolve the taskbar issue that causes this to happen while using RDP.

To clarify, this is as designed, and so there's nothing to resolve. If  you need to see the agent monitor in an RDP session, then cmdagent /s as you mention is the correct approach.

he - I've seen sometimes such issues where - for some unknown reason - the icon did not show up on a clients (when sittin in front of it, not RDP). Removing/reinstalling McAfee Agent usually fixed the problem.
