On checking in an extension for agent 5.5 over 5.06 all seems OK. By chance went in to the Agent general policy and screen is basically blank. All other agent policies display Ok. Policy that is set in general seems to be applying OK. ie seems to be a display problem.
Removed 5.5 extension and replaced with 5.06 one and all OK again. Tried update again with agent 5.5.1 extension - same issue. Just the general policy screen blank.
Blank general policy screen
any advice appreciated. I manage several EPO and this is only one it is happening on.

I know you are removing the extension to downgrade it, but when you check it back in after testing 5.0.6, are you upgrading from 5.0.6 or removing it and checking it in fresh? I would suggest removing it again and instead of checking in a lower version, check in the 5.5.1 fresh and see if that makes any difference.

I suspect the issue is with browser. I see Yellow script error message at bottom left corner. I suggest to Add ePO URL to IE trusted site or try to access it with other browser.
What version of epo? As hem mentioned, it does sound like a browser issue. Do all browsers show same thing?

Unfortunately restricted to the IE11 on the server (2008 R2). EPO 5.3.2 Want to migrate up to 5.9.1 but not sure if this bug will cause an issue. It is odd that it is just the general policy affected. All the other agent policies display OK. will try the trusted sites suggestion.
OK. from IE8 on remote console on a PC - same problem - general policy for agent is not displaying. Adding as trusted site makes no difference. All other agent poicies display OK.
From Ie11 on local epo box console - same problem - general policy for agent is not displaying. Adding as trusted site makes no difference. All other agent poicies display OK
This is just something that appears with Agent 5.5x extensions. Reverting to 5.0.6 the policy displays OK again.
Extension being used 5.5.1.124

Thanks that worked. I was reluctant to take out the extension again as you lose all the related client tasks and their assignments.
But gave it another go and did not update this time from 5.0.6 and just went straight to 5.5.1 and all worked.
