Hi,
Kindly advise on the matter below. We have some of the instance that have installed mcafee agents on it but we could not use the wake up call or the ping buttons to work. Screenshots below. We have open the port 8081 from epo to client server but to no avail. Done a netstat -an and found that the port is open as per below.

As a workaround, we can update machine details we are waking up to ePO host file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc).
It should be like
IP address machine name (1.1.1.1 test.test.com), save the file, flush dns out (ipconfig /flushdns) then try to wakeup agent.

Hi,
Good morning,
The issue seems with DNS. Are you able to resolve IP address to FQDN of client machine?
