Hello,
i want to push a new Agent to Client with VPN. Now i can reach the Clients with DNS, but this Error shows up:
Failed to authenticate with remote system, system error: The target account name is incorrect.
Domain Admin Account works fine. Could it be a DNS or Firewall problem? See it first time.
During the deployment of an Agent the ePO/Agent handler will use the machines namebios of that machine, if thats not reachable when accessing from the server \\nameofthemachine\admin$ then you will see that error and it will fail to authenticate with the machine.
All requirements to deploy an agent from an ePO/AH are specified here:

Thanks, i can´t reach \\System\admin$
Im not sure if is a Firewall problem or AD. Is there a special port for Agent deployment? I though it was 443 from ePO to Client, but in the Ruleset i can find anything about deployment Ports from ePO to Client.
that is the problem and one of the requirements to deploy an agent from ePO
This is done via the Administrative share Admin$ instead of this been an specific port on the end node

VPN connections are also typically natted, so you won't be able to push agent if there isn't direct resolution. You can create a smartinstaller and send the user the url for it.
