Alert email after minimum threshold installation MacAfee agent per customer group and sub group.

We are running epo server version 5.10. We are trying to send an admin alert to a particular email id if a customer passes a threshold number of agents  installation. We have created different customer groups and we want different threshold per groups. Lets say if a customer organization in Group A have been allocated 500 agents we are trying to receive an alert mail to a particular id if a threshold number of 450 is passed. Similarly we want different threshold for customers in group B. We have been trying to do this via epo web api application but could not find a way out. Please any suggestion if the epo server has that kind of features.

None that I am aware of.  You could set up queries in epo to find agent installs for desired groups, then run a server task to run the query and send email.  The problem with that, there is no mechanism for thresholds.  The only other option is to set up some automatic response based on an event, but even then, that gets a little tricky to filter properly.  You would have to test around with it.
