Amcore content version is not updating for certain systems

I am performing updates to the Amcore content for our systems in the system tree. These systems have the McAfee agent and ENS 10.7 installed on them. However, not all systems in the system tree are displaying the updated Amcore content version instead the version number is the same when ENS 10.7 was first installed on those systems. What can I do so that the Amcore content version displays the correct content version. I also did check to see if there still was an active connection between the remote system and EPO and there still is.

This can help you identify the errors from the logs.  There are many failure reasons, so without knowing the errors, we can only guess.
