Apache Error After install Update 11

Hi Guys,

After Installed Update 11 on ePO Server :

1-Apache services Error 1053:  The service did not repond to the start or control request in timely fashion

2-ePo Credentials display " Mcafee Foundation Service". I cannot log in.

Please open a ticket as we will need to see logs.  There could be any number of issues.  When you open the ticket, go to mer.mcafee.com, download the mer tool and run it as administrator.  Choose epo as the product to collect data for instead of all products.

Hi cdinet,

thanks for replay, the problem is resolved. When the update 11 was installed,the TLS 1.1 or 1.2 was enabled. Now " SSL Communication with database server is set to Never use SSL ( This is no recommended; it is temporal solution). We must testing before make any change to SQL server, because there are another applications on the server.

Ok, good deal.  Yea, update 11 removed weak ciphers and tls protocols, so you might want to look at KB91519 section for update 11.
