Like the title, I am a new administrator to our preexisting ePO server. The director that performed the initial config and maintained has moved up and has asked me to dedicate as much time as I need to learn.
I have time, but I don't have material. I have full administrative access, but no direction. This is a large, wonderful, and intricate application and I want to get a grip on it. (at least the basics and I can move forward.)
Any assistance is much appreciated!!

Might I recommend McAfee training? The ePO Administration e-Learning course REALLY got me off to a fast start when ePO administration was just dropped into my lap! I pretty much used it as a just-in-time reference while taking over the reigns of the administrator's job. Be sure to take advantage of the labs . . . best part of the course.

You can email the team to find out - **personal information omitted**. Additionally, the epo landing page has a lot of individual quick instruction links.
There are also links to the installation and product guides that have a lot of good info for how to manage your systems.

Email address was deleted, but you can find it by going to the training site you were given, click on the e-learning link and in that pdf there is an email address to contact for more info on the training.
