Automatic Responses - Email

Jump to solution

I am trying to create an email notification for "Malware detected and not handled". I was wanting to include some variables that weren't included in the predefined list in ePO. The two that I couldn't find but wanted to add were Threat Target File Path and Target Hash. Is it possible to add those attributes in the email alert from the Automatic Responses section within ePO? If so, what would be the variable used for those two attributes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Unfortunately, no - what you see is what you get.  You can, however, submit an enhancement request (kb60021) since that might be a good option to add.
