Can't access ePo Console from Network PC

I just installed new ePO 5.10.0. The system works perfectly on the Installed Server, I can access console with https://localhost:7443 (i changed this to 7443) and https://epo:7443 (domain name). And Agents work perfectly too.

But I can't access https://epo:7443 from any computer in the network, only hosted server can connect to this.

How can I config for all network can connect to the console like the old 5.3.0 version.

p/s: other ports like Agent-server communication port or Agent-server communication secure port is accessable although it said "Forbidden".

Hi Quangtran,

My first though would be domain /local firewall.  Is this the same remote port you used before the upgrade which worked fine?

Hi Richer,

Firewall is already turned off. Everything is same.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you see when trying to access the web console?

What browser are you using?  Have you tried different browsers?  5.10 uses a different encryption strength in its certificates, which might affect accessing it through different browser types.  What are the specific errors - page cannot be displayed or other?  Don't post screenshots if they contain any sensitive information for your environment.  Have you tried IP, netbios and fqdn?  The certificate is issued by default to the netbios name of the epo server.  Have you added the site to trusted sites?
