Cannot install ePO 5.10

I have a trial version of ePO 5.10 that I am trying to install  on a fresh 2016 server but it keeps failing on the Database Information page. After entering the DB server information I receive an error "Found corrupted files" there is a post with the same issue where the EPOIP check fails in the install logs (https://communitym.trellix.com/t5/MVISION-ePO/Installer-Setup-exe/td-p/705903) but I'm not sure if it was properly resolved as I also cannot find a link to the PIA tool. Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure you are using the latest install package for epo.  Also ensure that the latest root certificates are installed - kb91697.

I am using the latest ePO version from the McAfee website https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-ca/downloads/trials.html

I have also installed the latest certs referenced here https://kcm.trellix.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB91697

But unfortunately I am still receiving the same error.

Can you give me the name of the file you downloaded from the trial site?  Is it ending in LR4 or other?

The name of the .zip folder is EPO510_2428_18_LR4

Yea, that is why you are getting that error.  Do you happen to have a grant number yet?

I do not have a grant number. What is that used for?

The grant number is given to you when you actually purchase the products - it entitles you do downloads.  Do you have an ftp site or anywhere that i can send you the latest installer package?

Hello, just read the post. Have the same problem. I get the LR4 file if I download via Trial. If I log in with my Grant there is only the EpoUpdate15 Update to download but not the base epo (i read somewhere you need LR6).

Any help would be appriacted.
