No errors in the trace log, it just says

Http_server.debug: http server starting 

 Http_server.debug: http server listening on port <8081>.

 Http_server.info: listening on ipv6 only socket

I have raised support ticket with mcafee....but not sure if they are going to help any further.

I'm seeing this issue on a RHEL 8.3 endpoint using Linux agent 5.6.6.232. It also has IPv6 disabled.

I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee and show proof of it only listening on ipv6.
