Cant Remove Agent 4 through ePO

hi guys,

ive got a few machines who's agents aren't reporting properly in epo 4 p4, usually i can resolve this by removed it and pushing out the latest agent 4p2, but i have 3 machines on which im getting this in the agent log when i try to remove it through ePO:

17 June 2009 17:13:00 Error Agent Agent Plug-in Registry Key not found
17 June 2009 17:13:00 Error Agent Agent Un-installation failed

does anyone have any suggestions?

remove locally?
if agent not able to communicate with epo server it will be difficult to receive uninstall policy.

other option is force install on top of existing agent and hope that it will sort your issue
