Hello guys,
I am trying to update some products via Software Catalogue but without success. I got a message "Failed to download file C:\\.... A connection error occurred: Issue with the certificate (12175)"
Any idea?

Regards from Japan

This issue surrounding connection error due to certificate (12175). Failing to connect to Software Catalog Server. The connection error is happening on a new server build Windows Server 2022 with ePO 5.10 SP1. Is there any solutions providind to date pertaining to the aforementioned issue?
What does epoapsvr log show for when it tries to connect to epo.trellix.com? KB95905 lists some url changes that need to be allowed through firewall or proxy.

Hello,
We have the same with all our customers.
Mcafee knows it since last tuesday. Please see:
Still no update over the weekend.
Greetings from switzerland
Definitely something related to transfer from McAfee to Trellix...

Issue is still under investigation. it is not related to transition from McAfee to Trellix on our end, there was a change on the sites hosting the download sites (akamai). We are working on getting this resolved.
KB95962 has been published for this, you can subscribe to it for any changes or updates.

Other producers mention the partner who has found the bug. Or other supplier at least update their customers. I fully understand that you hands are bound because some internal policy with open case SR.
Well this takes over one week.
I don't want to comment on the issue that we have to open a SR, we did get support trhough the Mcafee Forum here which got much better from Trellix side now.
This issue doesn't require a service request to be opened, as we are fully aware of it and working on it. It has to be resolved by the 3rd party vendor that is hosting these sites and whoever on our side works with them. I will be in a meeting with dev later this afternoon and will see if there is any progress.
