Create an automatic response to exempt devices?

Hi,

I have created an autoresponse rule to email me when a device gets put into a customm made exempt group, but how can I get it to do this automatically?

We have a team that adds devices to the network that are not part of the domain, but always in the same workgroup name, I want an auto rule to put the devices into an exempt rule and never bother us again.
