DXL broker package won't upload to EPO master repository

Jump to solution

The latest DXL Broker 6.0.0 HF1 Version 6.0.0.203 released Feb 2020 will not upload to EPO. We have tried numerous browsers and two different EPO servers. Other products upload to the master repository without any issues. I tired the package directly from McAfee downloads with my grant number, as well as software manager. Please take a look at the latest DXL Broker package. There is an issue with it. Anybody else having this issue. Waiting on Tech support to get back to me. Thanks!

The solution suggested by McAfee Technical support below to edit the epo properties file worked for me. Since we only check-in using the ePO console I didn’t change any other setting.

What version of epo are you running?  What error do you see in the epoapsvr or orion log?  I was able to check it in fine on my server.

EPO 5.9.1. A Tech got back to me and said the same. It was uploading for them. Recommended I stop & start ePO services. I will be trying that shortly.
