Deploying MVT tool in ePO 5.9

Is MVT still used for checking health of endpoints through ePO ?

Can I know some details about the tool ?

It isn't widely used in Enterprise, but is still supported.  The document has been pulled because it is pretty old - it is for version 1, while 8.3 is the latest, I believe.  I couldn't find any more recent guide, so I am attaching it here.
