We had the Drive Encryption 7.2.6.11 "released to support" extensions and packages installed
Recently 7.2.7.7 has been released so I updated everything to it, all looks OK apart from the extension 'Drive Encryption : PC Software' is still showing as 7.2.6.11 and checked in 5th September so it doesn't seem to have updated that even though I did update it through software manager and it said 'successful'
What is the best way to resolve? I'm a bit scared of removing the extension and adding it back in again with it being for Drive Encryption!
OK I figured it out
For some reason the software manager Drive Encryption : PC Software extension updater is actually checking in the EEPC GO extension, I managed to find a work around by downloading the entire 7.2.7.7 package from the McAfee downloads site and the correct PC Software extension was available in there for me to install, but McAfee might want to look at why Software Manager is doing that!
My software manager shows each extension as a separate check in, so you might want to validate which one you picked when updating it. I downloaded the admin extension to ensure it was the correct file, and it is.

If I click the 'Download' rather than 'Check In' as a test I get a download of EEGO-7.2.7.7.ZIP
can you show a screenshot of software manager contents that you are clicking on?

Go is directly underneath but I am definetely selecting the highligted Admin one, tried in Chrome and IE too just in case
Also you can see it isn't reporting a 'Checked In' version despite the fact it is now installed and running under Extensions due to me doing it via the McAfee Product Downloads package workaround :-
ok, I tested on a second epo server and get the same results you are. The first time I tried on a different epo server, I got the right file. I will report it, thank you.

Issue is resolved now, but you may need to click refresh in software manager. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
