EPO 4 patch 5 setup encountered error

During the install have the error

Setup has encountered the error
FAILURE: In LaunchAppAndWait while trying to run the following program

..................................


Anyone know what's wrong? it's almost finish but just stop in the last step:mad:

Did you ever resolve this problem? I am running the Patch 5 this coming Friday...

I am running VMWare and NetApp for SQL so I can Snap the VM and the SQL db just before the upgrade - and roll them both back if I get errors.
